Welcome to the Housing Resource Center (HRC) Website

HRC is a service of the Harris County Community Services Department. Here you will find information on affordable housing and community resources collected from all over Harris County, Texas.

The HRC offers recorded information for housing and emergency assistance in English, and Spanish, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling us at (713) 578-2055.
